Snowflakes

The table this week was inspired by the lovely Cotswold style cottage used in the centerpiece.  The minute I found this my first thought was the move The Holiday starring Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet.   The movie was set in L.A. and the beautiful town of Surrey in the English countryside.  The Surrey footage was actually filmed in England and not on a sound stage in LA.   It would be so nice to spend a holiday in the English country one year and enjoy the beautiful snow.   I have also added a few snowflake photos taken by my cousin Cindy that lives near Anderson Alaska.   They are amazing.

Snowflakes

I found this little cottage at Orchard Hardware before Christmas.

The fabric covering the charger plates was found at Jo-Ann Fabric.  The snowflake plates are the Gilded Noel pattern from the holiday 2011 collection at Target.

The snowflake napkins rings are from Hobby Lobby.

The photos below were made by my cousin Cindy Curry Wright. She and her family live near Anderson, Alaska.   The detail in each flake is amazing.
